3 eclipses in a row!

I have found it interesting that for the past 1 and a half lunar cycles 3 eclipses have occurred. Two partial Solar eclipses one in the Midnight Sun, the other one on the opposite side of the globe over Antarctica. One being on May 31st and the other was yesterday. Every 2 weeks, either the Moon barely misses transiting over the Sun or the Moon misses passing through the cast of Earth’s shadow. But to do so three times between Full New and Full again I find it unusual.  Two more eclipses will occurs this year. A partial Solar Eclipse on November 25 over Antarctica (again) and a total Lunar Eclipse on December 10 visible totality at moon set over North America.
